International Award for Konia Valley!
Best Development - Cyprus 
Constantinou Bros Developers, was rewarded for entering their first ever international property competition. The highly coveted Homes Overseas Awards 2008 in the Best Development – Cyprus category.
The awards were announced at a glittering Gala dinner and awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. The event was attended by property developers from around the world and gave recognition to the very best residential property projects overseas.
Constantinou Bros Developers felt it was a great honor to win an award in the Best Development–Cyprus category and the whole company is honored at achieving this prestigious award at our first ever attempt entering an International Property Awards.
The project, Konia Valley, is a small exclusive development of 6 villas set in a traditional Cypriot village environment. The village of Konia is located on the outskirts of Paphos, yet it is only 5km from the beaches and main tourist areas of Kato Pafos.
The villas make good use of traditional local stone along with terra cotta tiled roofs to blend well with the existing village houses. The villas have a private swimming pool, pressurized water system, double glazing, solar panel heating, real fireplace, fitted kitchen and bedrooms and en-suite master bedroom all as standard.
